Week 6 + Bonus Challenge

The first challenge is: A 5 day MEAT & NUT breakfast. Any kind of meat. Any kind of nuts. The amount of nuts must fit in the palm of your hand – no more. The second challenge is: Go to http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ and type in: your shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer and body wash. Record your score for each of those products and send it/or give it to me.

Both these challenges are due by June 18/19th.
