Fitness Bucket List

I have never really considered myself to be well rounded with my own fitness. I feel that I  do what I know is best and that’s where it starts and stops. So – I came across this picture on Pinterest and I decided this is something that I would like to try to compliment my current program.

These are the things I would like to do*- most I already have done- but I want to do again:

  1. CrossFit (I am planning on waiting until June or July for this- since you make more strength gains during the highest photo period)
  2. Hot Yoga
  3. Rock Climbing
  4. Spinning Class (I am a cycling instructor but I haven’t done this in a few years)
  5. AquaFit*
  6. Anti-Gravity Yoga
  7. TRX Class*
  8. Kayak to the Caves & back
  9. KickBoxing
  10. Pilates
  11. CN Tower
  12. Stand Up Paddleboarding
