In an effort to shame the corporate fast food industry of not including pumpkin in any of their pumpkin recipes, I have decided I would spend a Wednesday night way past my bedtime scouring Pinterest for some pumpkin recipes that looked good
based on the food photography.
Because I’m well aware that some of these recipes will likely contain brands that we don’t have in Canada, I will only post the ones that have ingredients that can be found in Canada or at least can be substituted. You know what’s really sucky? When you find a recipe and it looks good – but it involves picking up items that you will only use once that usually involve a trip to a special store. I won’t bother posting those recipes either.
And duh… all these recipes will be gluten-free.
Pumpkin Spice Drinks
It’s now common knowledge that most coffee shops – at least the mainstream ones – are full of sugar, beaver anus’ (seriously…. where did you think fake vanilla came from?), and zero pumpkins.
