Personal Training

While our group training programs are designed to meet the needs of our varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching.  You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:

• weight loss and improved body composition
• extra accountability
• you have generally been sedentary
• you are new to exercise
• you have specific performance oriented goals (baseball, running, etc.)
• you have significant health or orthopedic issues

An individually designed program equates to faster results. Ally will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Your personal training experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will also offer nutrition/lifestyle guidance and support. Following your initial 8-12 sessions you may then choose to continue with private training or move into our group classes.

*Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues will remain private training clients. 

Price: 8 Session Package – $400, 12 Session Package – $600

Group Classes

Getting Started – Private Kickstart

 In Kickstart, we will cover the curriculum of the basic fundamental movements in 6 one-on-one Coaching sessions that you will see in the Strength & Conditioning classes. The Strength Classes are designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants to improve their body composition, fitness level and athletic performance.

I believe that it is critical to have good long term strategies; During our private sessions, you will see a huge emphasis placed on safety, form and technique. At the end of our Kickstart sessions, you will feel confident stepping into a class and performing the movements with high proficiency.

  • These sessions must be booked in a 2 session per week format.
  • Each session will consist of a structured warm-up, skill development, and a workout.
  • Individualized goals and needs: Sometimes clients may be provided with alternate programming or exercise modifications.
  • Shifts in body composition are one of the most motivating ways to measure success. We highly encourage you to take measurements and “Before” pictures at the beginning of the Kickstart.

*Completion of the Kickstart is a pre-requisite to obtain a Strength Class membership.

 Strength Class memberships are only available in a 3 month minimum commitment and are auto-billed monthly to either a Credit Card or Visa Debit card.

Strength & Conditioning Class

Strength & Conditioning Class is a follow up program to the Kickstart course. This is a 60 minute class that follows a structured training program. This class is only accessible for members who have successfully demonstrated the skills learned in Kickstart. The class focuses around corrective exercise, injury prevention training strategies, strength and skill progressions followed by conditioning workouts of varying lengths of moderate to high intensity, rounded out with brief recovery work and mobility work at the end. 

Price: This class is only available in a 3 month contract of $130+HST/month with pre-authorized payments from a Credit Card/Visa Debit.
